I hope you had a fantastic week, or if you didn’t, that you have a splendid weekend ahead. I always look forward to the weekends here- not only for the obvious lack of school, but the city just has such a great vibe! Plus weekends mean the market and that’s always fun :)

For those of you who don’t know, Healthy Vegan Fridays is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself, Shelby @EverydayVegan Girl and Carrie @ Carrie on Vegan. It is a place to share your healthy vegan recipes that make use of whole ingredients and minimize the use of processed and refined foods. This nut butter is the perfect marriage of flavours, light and super high in omega-3s!

    Is it really week 13 for Healthy Vegan Fridays already? Your choice for sensible snack looks way too delicious to be called sensible…I must give that one a try and banana dates and walnuts? Must try :)

    I was forced to take a bit of a break but I’m back with two quinoa salad recipes for you. Mojito Quinoa Salad and a recipe round up featuring Sprouted Lentil Quinoa Salad. Loving quinoa but I must say the Mojito Salad is my favourite :)

      Lots of people have been saying that! I’m trying to sort out what’s going on, I hate that no one is getting my emails! Hopefully someone sees my post in the WordPress support forum and helps me out, because I am just so useless at this!

  4. Wow, more delicious recipes. Your walnut butter sounds amazing. I keep meaning to make something like this for my baby. She’d love it.

    Yesterday I made your chocolate key lime pie to take to a vegan cakefest. I doubled the recipe so I could make some for me too and we had some of it last night. Wow! It’s absolutely gorgeous. The topping just melts in your mouth and is a perfect contrast to the chocolately crumbly base. I couldn’t resist 3 slices!
