Happy belated World Vegan Day! Yesterday I was so caught up in the potluck I forgot about that very important of days. I hope you all at super delicious food to celebrate! And if you haven’t you should go check out the Virtual Vegan Potluck. So many good recipes, it’s overwhelming! So much creativity in the vegan community :)

Now it’s time for Healthy Vegan Friday # 15!
My submission for the week:
This ice cream is loaded with superfoods like lucuma, maca and some Sunwarrior protein which all give it a lovely sweet, malty, caramelly taste. With cashews as the base, you do not miss the real cream, trust me.
So, if you have a healthy vegan recipe (or 2) to share, please add it to the list below! If not, feel free to browse the submissions and get inspired! You can also check out our Pinterest Board and feel free to tweet about it using the hashtag #VeganFridays. Feel free to grab our button (code is on the sidebar) to help promote this even and show your vegan pride.
You don’t have to be vegan to submit, just needs to be a vegan recipe. So share that creativity of yours!
Just so everyone knows, Shelby is taking a little break from blogging for now, so it’s just me and Carrie hosting! Hope life quiets down for you soon Shelby!
Thanks and Happy Friday!
