wow the 19th healthy vegan friday! so crazy! that you all for making this blog party possible! i look forward to looking at your recipes each week and am always impressed.

for those of you who don’t know, healthy vegan fridays is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself, shelby @ everydayvegan girl and carrie @ carrie on vegan. it is a place to share your healthy vegan recipes that make use of whole ingredients and minimize the use of processed and refined foods. the recipes shared on this link up are intended to emphasis the beauty, creativity and benefits of a healthy, plant-based diet!

cherry chocolate chip cookies

a delicious dessert without all the awful refined stuff- oat and almond flour combined with a little brown rice syrup and applesauce for sweetness, these are wholesome but super tasty!

  4. Mmm those cookies look tasty. I’m not much of a cranberry person, but things always seem to taste better in cookie form ;p
    I haven’t got around to buying xanthan gum yet, I should probably do that.
    What kind of Stevia do you buy?

  6. Happy Friday to you too! I shared my Creamy Gingerbread Cookie Cup recipe (of course!!) Not only is it a yummy holiday treat-it’s healthy!! No refined sugars, and dairy free milk…nothing better than a healthy treat that says happy holidays! Hope you have a great weekend Gabby!

      • I haven't added anything back in just yet… although I licked some tomato paste from a can and boy was that sweet! I never knew! I also feel like my tastes have changed as well… I may start adding in some tart fruits though.  I still really want to make a green papaya and jicama salad. :)
