healthy vegan friday #23

we are now in the holiday-hangover time period- stomachs are overstuffed and sweet toothes are out of control. it’s inevitable. but since i’m still in holiday mode with 2 more family dinners to go, this healthy vegan friday’s going to be a mix of decadent holiday recipes and healthy transition recipes!

for those of you who don’t know, healthy vegan fridays is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself, shelby @ everydayvegan girl and carrie @ carrie on vegan. it is a place to share your healthy vegan recipes that make use of whole ingredients and minimize the use of processed and refined foods. the recipes shared on this link up are intended to emphasis the beauty, creativity and benefits of a healthy, plant-based diet!

i haven’t had crème brulee in years so this would be such a treat! plus i love the whole ingredients ella uses!

  1. Mmm that apple crisp is such a great recipe. I know what you mean about the holiday season and full bellies. These featured recipes look amazing though! I am so excited about that quiche!! I overbought chickpea flour so that would be a great way to use it up! Yum!!

  2. Did the Everyday Vegan Girl blog move? I had a few of her recipes pinned but when I tried to access it, it says blog is deleted.
