Yes yes yes, the weekend is here! I actually have a day off for this one so I’m super excited, can you tell??
The weekend also means it’s time for my favourite blog party, Healthy Vegan Fridays!! I love the creativity and deliciousness you guys bring every week- you guys are the best!!
For those of you who don’t know, Healthy Vegan Fridays is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself, Carrie @ Carrie on Vegan and Katherine @ Green Thickies. it is a place to share your healthy vegan recipes that make use of whole ingredients and minimize the use of processed and refined foods. The recipes shared on this link up are intended to emphasis the beauty, creativity and benefits of a healthy, plant-based diet!

This is so beautiful and sounds like such a lovely light flavour- a lovely alternative to the heavier winter treats!
Addictive Peanut Butter Granola from Lauren @ Oatmeal with a Fork
Does it get any better than peanut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup? Ummm no, I didn’t think so ;)
My Favourites from Last Week
Favourite Main Event: Quinoa Winter Salad with Thyme-Lemon Dressing from Lindsay @ Lindsay Loves Veggies
a gorgeous, colourful salad packed full of nutrients!
