Friday, oh how I love thee. Even though it never means a weekend for me as I work most of them, there is an energy and a positivity radiating off everyone else that is so hard to ignore. It’s just so hard to not be in a good mood!

Friday also means Healthy Vegan Friday time which is pretty stellar. I mean, getting to peruse through a ton of delicious and nutritious vegan food is a pretty splendid way to spend a day!

For those of you who don’t know, Healthy Vegan Fridays is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself, Carrie @ Carrie on Vegan and Katherine @ Green Thickies. it is a place to share your healthy vegan recipes that make use of whole ingredients and minimize the use of processed and refined foods. The recipes shared on this link up are intended to emphasis the beauty, creativity and benefits of a healthy, plant-based diet!

“Peanut Butter” & Caramel-Filled Chocolate Eggs

I know I only just posted these yesterday but I had to go with these for Easter! They are absurdly delicious and are vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, grain-free, peanut-free, raw and paleo and possibly a bunch of other things! Sheesh!

    You ate chips??? It’s funny, I always wonder about that. A lot of bloggers seem to eat so clean, it’s nice to know you indulge once in awhile ;p

  3. I really can’t wait to make those Easter eggs tomorrow! And I noticed that Tessa linked up her Chocolate Raspberry Creme smoothie. I’m sipping it right now for breakfast and it’s delish!!
