  1. Wonderful picks! WOW! My mouth is watering.

This week I am sharing my raw apple cinnamon cereal and a fun post I did for the Balanced Platter a while back. It’s title: Digestive Health: Some practical Tips and a Green Drink BULK Recipe…basically, enough green drink for almost a month.

    Have a beautiful weekend.

    xo,
    –Amber

  2. I am the world’s WORST cake decorator, but my cakes cannot be beat in taste! This week I shared a recipe for chocolate ganache frosting, made with coconut oil and no refined sugars. Rich and delicious, the easiest and healthiest chocolate frosting you’ll ever make. I also shared a post from my current series on carbohydrates as we work through Nourishing Traditions. Enriched flour is found in a huge variety of both homemade and store-bought baked goods and it’s not as healthy as the food industry claims it to be. Read the post to find out what you’re REALLY eating. And as always, thank you for hosting!

  3. Happy to be back and taking part again! I love the look of those mushroom veggie burgers too – yum! Nothing better in the summer than a good veggie burger recipe…now if someone would please tell Calgary’s weather that it’s summer and not winter in Vancouver! Rain, rain go away!

  4. What the…how have I never seen these delicious-looking lime bars you speak of?? Hehe, must make this weekend!
I’m adding my Chocolate Cheesecake bars to your lovely list. Thanks for hosting, and have a great weekend!

  5. I love that you do this! It introduces me to new allergy-friendly blogs. I just started my own blog and recently began eating a pretty restrictive diet due to digestive problems, so I’m on the hunt for great blogs with awesome recipes. I just started following yours and I love it already! Your raw bars look amazing. Coconut and lime is such a great combo.

  6. Thanks for hosting, Gabby! And thanks for sharing my Sunshine Juice…orange juice for grownups, love it! This week I’m sharing my Raw Vegan Cheese Crumbles. So simple it’s ridiculous. Have a great weekend ahead!!
