healthy vegan friday #62

And so it’s Friday again. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend planned. I have a couple things lined up, but one thing I’m really excited about is the Toronto Underground Market. A day filled with new and upcoming food in Toronto, sounds like my kind of scene! If you are in the area, definitely check it out!

We had 66 mouth-watering submissions last week! In case you haven’t seen the post or all the awesome submissions, head on over to check it out. For those of you who don’t know, Healthy Vegan Fridays is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself, Carrie @ Carrie on Vegan and Katherine @ Green Thickies. It is a place to share your healthy vegan recipes that make use of whole ingredients and minimize the use of processed and refined foods. The recipes shared on this link up are intended to emphasis the beauty, creativity and benefits of a healthy, plant-based diet!

  1. Thank you so much for the wonderful information .This is really important for me .I am searching this kind of information from a long time and finally got it.

  2. Hi Gabby

Wish I was in the area, I still can’t get over my meal at Fresh a couple of months ago – guess what? We indulged in their fries and their signature mayonnaise, I couldn’t get over the size of the bowl, this was our starter!! The main course was delicious too, I’d been before a few years ago but not to this one up by the ROM. While my husband and Toronto family were looking at the Mesopotamia exhibition, my daughter and I hit the shops!

Today, I’ve brought my Blackberry Stuffed Apple recipe!

    Have a lovely weekend xo

  3. Have a fantastic weekend Gabby! I’m going to be doing some more exploring of my new city :) Farmers market action visit tomorrow! I’m linking my curried chickpea mango quinoa salad to brighten up those gloomy days and a warming red lentil and root vegetable tagine.
