Happy Friday everyone! I hope you’re all prepared to sift through loads of deliciousness in the form of healthy vegan recipes!

Last week we had so many great submissions! This week I chose to highlight the Halloween themed options just in case anyone needed last minute ideas for a Halloween party!

Another treat that is more delicious than typical candy and wayyy healthier too!

      Also, those banana AB&J cups look stellar. (Although I wonder if I can make them with avocado instead? I know it sounds a little goofy, but I'm allergic to bananas.) What do you think?

        In terms of the cups- If you want to make them without the banana I’m sure they would still be great! The only place banana comes into play is a slice in the middle. So you could just omit it (and have AB&J cups- almond butter coating and jam filling!) or ya, add avocado! I love avocado with sweets :)
