  1. Key lime pie was absolutely delicious. It did not keep the pretty green color on top. I did not cover it right away. Is that where I went wrong?

    • Thanks Janice, so glad you liked it!

      That might have been the problem as the avocado will start to oxidize, despite the lime in the recipe. Definitely cover it right away, although oxidation will start to happen inevitably- darn chemistry! ;)

  2. Yum- my husband can’t eat bananas – any suggestions for a replacement?
    (looking to make him something cake-ish for his birthday that is free of dairy, soy, gluten, refined sugars)

  3. I made 2 batches of this last night and it’s one of the nicest things I’ve ever tasted!

    I used pecans instead of walnuts and only had enough lime zest for half the amount and used your chocolate recipe without the stevia as I don’t have it.

    It was so gorgeous. It just melted in my mouth, so light and fluffy and sweet crunchy all a the same time.

    It was actually really easy and loved the fact it’s on the healthy side!

    Wow.

  4. This was the first raw dessert I’ve ever made and it was delicioussss!!! I cannot believe avocado and banana could make such an awesome dessert. Even my dad, who was a total skeptic when I told him I was making key lime pie out of those things, ended up quite enjoying it. Thank you!
